1. Who We Are and Personal Ownership
BeanBrain ("the App", "BeanBrain", "we", "us", "our") is a spaced-repetition revision application for iPhone, developed and operated by Anthony Grisoni, an individual based in the United Kingdom ("the Developer"). The App is distributed through the Apple App Store for use on Apple devices.
"Anthony Grisoni", "the Developer", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Anthony Grisoni as an individual. BeanBrain is not operated through a limited company or any other legal entity. Anthony Grisoni owns BeanBrain personally.
No person, entity, investor, partner or third party acquires any ownership interest, equity, revenue share, licence, partnership or commercial interest in BeanBrain, its name, its codebase, its study content or any associated intellectual property, except under a separate written agreement signed personally by Anthony Grisoni.
2. These Terms Form a Binding Agreement
These Terms of Use ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy, form a legally binding agreement between you and the Developer and govern your access to and use of the App.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, by downloading, installing, accessing or using the App in any manner, you agree to be bound by these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not download, install or use the App. The App does not currently present a separate in-app acceptance step; acceptance arises from your download, installation or use, and, where you obtain the App through the Apple App Store, is also governed by Apple's terms described in Section 25.
The current version of these Terms is published at https://agrisoni.github.io/beanbrain-legal/terms-of-use.html and is linked from within the App under Settings, then Legal. If these Terms change, the "Last updated" date above will change and, where required by applicable law, the updated Terms will apply only to your continued use after that date (see Section 30).
3. Your Acknowledgements
By using or accessing any part of the App, you acknowledge and agree that you have read and understood these Terms and our Privacy Policy, that you are legally able to enter into this agreement, and that you will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. Nothing in this Section removes any right you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
4. Eligibility and Age
You must be at least 13 years old to use BeanBrain. The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly make it available to them.
If you are between 13 and 18 years of age, or under the age of majority where you live, you may use the App only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf and accepts responsibility for your use of the App.
The age position in these Terms is intended to be consistent with the App's App Store age rating and intended audience. Where local law sets a higher minimum age for agreeing to online terms without parental consent, that higher age applies to you.
5. Licence to Use BeanBrain
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Developer grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to download and use BeanBrain on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial revision and study.
This licence is subject to the Apple Media Services and App Store usage rules, and may be used through Family Sharing where Apple makes that available for the App. The licence does not permit you to:
- use the App, or content provided within it, for any commercial purpose, including paid tuition, resale, or building a competing product or database;
- copy, modify, translate, adapt, distribute, sell, rent, lease or sublicense the App or any part of it, except where applicable law expressly permits an act that cannot be contractually excluded;
- reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the App, or attempt to derive its source code, except to the limited extent applicable law permits despite this restriction;
- remove, obscure or alter any copyright, trade mark or other proprietary notice;
- assign or transfer this licence or your rights under these Terms.
Any use of the App outside the scope of this licence is unauthorised. This Section does not affect your statutory rights.
6. BeanBrain Is an Educational and Revision Tool
BeanBrain is a study aid. It helps you organise material into subjects, decks and cards, schedules review sessions using a spaced-repetition algorithm, records your review history, and presents optional multiple-choice mock exams and study analytics.
BeanBrain does not guarantee, and is not a warranty or assurance of, any of the following:
- that you will learn, understand, retain or be able to recall any particular material;
- any examination result, grade, mark, pass, qualification, certification, licence or accreditation;
- professional competence, regulatory compliance, career progression, employment or any other outcome.
Study results depend on many factors outside the App, including your prior knowledge, the quality and currency of the material you study, how honestly you rate your own recall, how consistently you study, the design and marking of any real examination you sit, and your circumstances on the day. You are responsible for deciding what to study, how to study it, and whether BeanBrain is suitable for your purpose.
7. No Official Examination-Provider Status
Unless a future written arrangement expressly says otherwise, BeanBrain is not, and does not claim to be, an examining body, an awarding organisation, a regulator, a university, a professional or membership body, or the publisher of an official syllabus or specification.
BeanBrain, and any study content provided within it, is prepared independently. Where BeanBrain refers to the name of an examination, qualification, organisation, standard, code, publication or author, that reference is for identification and study context only. It does not imply and must not be taken to imply endorsement, partnership, sponsorship, approval, accreditation, affiliation or any other relationship with the named party.
8. Learning Algorithms, Scheduling and Estimates
BeanBrain schedules reviews using an implementation of the Free Spaced Repetition Scheduler (FSRS) algorithm, together with values you provide when you rate each review. Using this, BeanBrain calculates and displays quantities such as predicted retrievability, difficulty and stability parameters, due dates, workload forecasts, a review heatmap, retention-calibration charts and other study analytics.
These quantities are computational estimates and organisational tools. They are not measurements of your knowledge, and they are not guarantees. They are affected by how you rate your own recall, how regularly you study, changes you make to your cards, and other use behaviour. A prediction that you are likely to recall a card, a due date in the future, or a favourable analytics trend, is not evidence that you have learned the underlying material or that you will recall it in an examination or in practice.
BeanBrain may change how these calculations work, or the values it uses, in future versions.
9. Self-Assessed Retrieval
When you review a card, you choose a rating, for example "Again", "Hard", "Good" or "Easy". These ratings are your own subjective assessment of how well you recalled the answer. BeanBrain does not independently check whether what you recalled was actually correct, complete or up to date. The scheduling BeanBrain then applies is only as reliable as the ratings you give it.
10. Mock Exams
BeanBrain lets you build and sit multiple-choice mock exams from your own decks, tags or cards. You acknowledge and agree that:
- mock exams are practice and self-testing tools, not official examinations;
- a mock exam score is not an official result and does not predict or guarantee your performance in any external examination;
- a mock exam question pool reflects only the cards and questions you or a provider of study content have put into it, and may not match the current content, format, weighting, marking or standard of any real examination;
- a mock exam may be sat untimed, or timed with a limit you choose. A timed mock exam runs on wall-clock time and continues while the App is in the background, locked or closed. When the time limit is reached the attempt is submitted automatically;
- for a timed mock exam that is submitted automatically because time ran out, any question you had not answered at that moment is scored as incorrect for that attempt. The results screen shows how many of the incorrect items were unanswered when time expired, so this is distinguished from questions you answered wrongly;
- mock exam performance is kept separate from spaced-repetition review scheduling and does not change your review schedule.
11. Content You Create
You own the study material you create in BeanBrain, subject to any third-party rights in it. This includes the subjects, decks, cards, tags, questions, explanations, notes and source references you enter.
You are responsible for ensuring that any content you create or import is lawful, is yours to use, does not infringe any third party's intellectual property or other rights, and is appropriate for your intended use. Because this content is stored only on your device (see Section 19 and the Privacy Policy), the Developer does not routinely receive, review, moderate or store it, and cannot recover it if it is lost.
The Developer makes no claim of ownership over your study material.
12. Developer-Provided Study Content
BeanBrain may include, now or in future versions, study content prepared by the Developer, such as decks, cards, multiple-choice questions, explanations, summaries, study notes, source references and other learning resources. Such content may be bundled with an App release or provided through other supported functionality that BeanBrain may add.
Where these Terms refer to developer-provided study content, they describe how such content is intended to work if and when it is provided. This does not mean that any particular developer-provided content exists in the version of the App you are using.
Developer-provided study content is licensed to you on the same limited, personal, non-commercial basis as the App itself (Section 5), and is subject to the restrictions in Section 18.
13. Study Content Based on Publicly Accessible Sources
The Developer may prepare original study materials informed by factual information taken from publicly accessible sources. Examples of such sources include official guidance, codes, regulations and standards, public web pages, published articles and books, educational materials, professional and technical reference material, and scientific literature.
Publicly accessible does not mean free of rights. The fact that material can be read, downloaded or found online, or is issued by a public or professional body, does not mean it is in the public domain or free of intellectual-property protection. Publicly accessible sources may still be protected by copyright, database rights, trade marks, or contractual or other restrictions. BeanBrain does not assert otherwise, and does not claim any right in third-party source material that the Developer does not own.
The Developer's intended approach to developer-provided study content is to create original expression rather than to reproduce protected third-party expression without permission or another lawful basis. That means original wording, original questions, original explanations, and original selection, arrangement and organisation of material, drawing on the underlying facts and ideas rather than copying a source's text, structure or presentation.
Facts, data, scientific principles, laws, mathematical methods, general ideas and public-domain material are not owned by the Developer and are not claimed by these Terms. What the Developer does reserve, to the extent such rights exist and are permitted by law, is its rights in BeanBrain's own original wording, its selection and arrangement of material, its compilations and databases, its question design, its explanations, its deck structure and its interface (see Section 15).
Where BeanBrain identifies a source, for example by publication title, organisation, code or guidance name, author, date, or a reference or link, that is for source identification and study provenance only. It does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, approval, licensing, partnership or affiliation.
Source material changes. Publicly accessible and professional source material can be updated, corrected, superseded or withdrawn. Developer-provided study content based on such sources may therefore become out of date, incomplete or inaccurate over time, and may need revision. BeanBrain's study content is a revision aid. It is not a substitute for the current authoritative source, and it does not itself state anyone's legal, regulatory or professional obligations.
For any professional, regulatory, legal, clinical, safety-critical, financial or otherwise high-stakes matter, you must check the current authoritative source and, where appropriate, take qualified professional advice. You should not rely on BeanBrain's study content as your only or final source where accuracy or currency matters.
Developer-provided study content does not constitute legal, regulatory, medical, clinical, financial, professional-compliance or formal academic advice or instruction, and no professional or advisory relationship is created by your use of it, unless a future BeanBrain service expressly and lawfully provides such a service.
14. Reporting a Rights Concern
If you are a rights holder, or act for one, and you believe that developer-provided study content in BeanBrain infringes your intellectual-property or other rights, you may contact the Developer using the details in Section 31. Please identify the content, identify the right you say is affected, explain the basis of your concern, and give a way to contact you.
The Developer may, where appropriate, investigate, seek further information, edit, re-word, add or correct attribution, restrict, or remove the content in question, or take other proportionate steps. The Developer aims to respond to a genuine, sufficiently detailed rights concern within a reasonable time.
Editing, restricting or removing content in response to a concern is done to resolve the matter proportionately. It is not, and must not be treated as, an admission that any infringement or other liability occurred. This Section is a proportionate contact process and does not create, and is not, a statutory notice-and-takedown scheme.
15. BeanBrain Intellectual Property
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anthony Grisoni owns all right, title and interest in and to BeanBrain and its associated intellectual property, including:
- the source code, object code and compiled application binaries;
- the app architecture, data-model design, schema design and implementation logic;
- the user interface, user experience, layouts, icon, graphics, visual assets and overall look and feel;
- the BeanBrain name and brand presentation;
- documentation, in-app text and guidance, and these legal documents;
- original developer-provided decks, cards, multiple-choice questions, explanations, summaries and study notes;
- the selection, arrangement, categorisation, curation and compilation of any developer-provided study content, and any resulting database;
- question design, review workflows and the design of study, backlog, interleaving, exam and analytics features as implemented;
- all improvements, updates, modifications and derivative works of the above.
These materials are protected by copyright, database right, design right, trade mark and passing-off law, and other intellectual-property laws, as applicable, in the United Kingdom and other jurisdictions, including under international copyright treaties such as the Berne Convention.
For clarity, these protections apply to BeanBrain's own original expression, selection, arrangement, wording, design and compiled materials. They do not claim ownership of general facts, ideas, scientific principles, laws, methods, public-domain material, third-party trade marks or third-party original works.
These Terms grant you no ownership interest in BeanBrain or its content. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
16. BeanBrain Name and Brand
"BeanBrain" is Anthony Grisoni's proprietary app and product name and unregistered brand asset. BeanBrain is not described as a registered trade mark, and no registered trade mark status is claimed. All rights, goodwill and remedies that Anthony Grisoni may have in the BeanBrain name, brand presentation, product identity, icon and app appearance, including under passing-off, unfair-competition, copyright, database-right and contract law, are reserved.
You and any third party must not:
- use "BeanBrain", or a confusingly similar name, logo, icon, domain, handle or app or product name, in a way that suggests association with BeanBrain or Anthony Grisoni;
- imply endorsement, partnership, sponsorship, affiliation, approval or authorisation by Anthony Grisoni or BeanBrain;
- register or attempt to register a confusingly similar name, domain, handle or identifier in bad faith or to impersonate, confuse or exploit;
- copy the BeanBrain name, brand identity or get-up for a competing or related product or service.
The absence of registered trade mark status does not give anyone permission to copy, impersonate or misuse the BeanBrain name or brand.
17. Proprietary Software and Open-Source Components
BeanBrain is proprietary software. Except for the third-party open-source components described below, no source code, design, documentation, schema, study-content compilation, legal document or other material associated with BeanBrain is licensed as open-source software, unless expressly stated in a separate written licence signed by Anthony Grisoni.
If any repository, file, screenshot, documentation, web page or other BeanBrain material is or becomes publicly visible, that visibility does not grant any person a licence to copy, use, modify, distribute, host, publish, train artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models on, reverse engineer, commercialise or create derivative works from it.
Open-source component. BeanBrain's spaced-repetition scheduling uses swift-fsrs, an open-source implementation of the FSRS algorithm by Ben Smiley, which runs entirely on your device and is used under the MIT Licence. That component is the property of its authors and is governed by its own licence, a copy of which is available within the App under Settings, then Legal, then Open Source Licences. Nothing in these Terms claims ownership of that component, of the FSRS algorithm itself, or of Apple software such as Swift, iOS or Xcode.
18. Restrictions on Use
You agree not to:
- use the App in any way that breaks applicable local, national or international law or regulation;
- use the App, or developer-provided study content, for any commercial purpose without the Developer's prior written consent;
- copy, clone, reproduce, adapt, translate or port BeanBrain or any of its components, or create derivative works from them;
- use BeanBrain's interface, workflows, schema, developer-provided study content, question design, deck structures or documentation to build a competing, similar or derivative product, service or database;
- scrape, extract, bulk-copy, index, data-mine, republish, redistribute, resell or commercially exploit BeanBrain's developer-provided study content, question sets, compilations or any other App material, to the extent permitted by law to restrict this. This does not purport to restrict the underlying public facts themselves, or your own study material;
- use BeanBrain's proprietary content, code, screenshots, documentation, legal documents, repository files or developer-provided study-content compilations to train, fine-tune, evaluate, benchmark or otherwise develop artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models, without the Developer's express prior written permission. This restriction is directed at BeanBrain's own proprietary material and does not assert control over third-party facts or material the Developer does not own;
- circumvent or interfere with any technical restriction or protective measure in the App;
- remove, modify or obscure any copyright, proprietary or attribution notice;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App or its underlying code, or use bots, scrapers or similar automated tools with the App;
- use the App in a way that is unlawful, harmful, harassing, defamatory or otherwise objectionable.
Nothing in this Section restricts an act that applicable law says cannot be contractually restricted.
19. Your Data, Device and Backups
The study material and history you create in BeanBrain, including subjects, decks, cards, tags, source references, review schedules, review history, study sessions, backlog and interleaving information, mock exam questions, exam attempts, results, analytics and notification preferences, is stored locally on your device. There is no BeanBrain account and no BeanBrain server holding this data. The Privacy Policy explains this in more detail.
You are responsible for the security of your device and for keeping your own copies of anything important to you. The current version of BeanBrain does not provide an export or backup feature, and there is no server-side copy. If your device is lost, damaged, reset or has BeanBrain deleted, your BeanBrain data will normally be lost, and the Developer cannot recover it. Standard Apple device backups may include BeanBrain data (see Section 24 and the Privacy Policy); that behaviour is controlled by Apple and your device settings, not by the Developer.
20. Local Notifications
BeanBrain can show local reminders when scheduled reviews are due. These reminders are optional and off by default. If you turn them on, BeanBrain asks the operating system for permission to send notifications and then schedules them locally using Apple's notification framework. There is no BeanBrain notification server, and BeanBrain does not track whether a notification was delivered or opened.
Notification delivery and timing are controlled by iOS and your device settings, and are not guaranteed to be exact. Reminders are informational only. They do not change your review schedule, your due dates or any learning calculation.
21. Feedback and Submissions
If you send the Developer feedback, ideas, feature requests, bug reports, designs, workflow suggestions or similar material ("Submissions"), then, to the extent permitted by law:
- you grant Anthony Grisoni a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable and transferable licence to use, copy, modify, publish, incorporate, commercialise or decline to use your Submission for any purpose, without payment or obligation to you;
- no Submission is treated as confidential unless a separate written non-disclosure agreement signed by Anthony Grisoni says so;
- no Submission creates any ownership, payment, attribution, partnership, agency, employment or investment relationship;
- the Developer may already be working on similar ideas, and is under no obligation to proceed, pay or credit you.
This Section applies to Submissions you choose to send. It does not give the Developer any right in your private study material, which stays on your device.
22. No Commercial Relationship
No email, message, support reply, App Store review, GitHub interaction, feature request, issue, discussion or other informal exchange creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, agency, consultancy, fiduciary duty, investment relationship, revenue share, licence, exclusivity, distribution right, right of first refusal or any other binding commercial obligation. Only a separate written agreement signed personally by Anthony Grisoni can create such obligations.
The Developer may decline, ignore, block or end contact that is abusive, coercive, misleading, defamatory or made in bad faith, without any obligation to explain or engage further.
23. Support, Availability and Changes to the App
The Developer is not obliged to provide support, maintenance, bug fixes, compatibility updates, new features, data recovery or continued availability of the App, except to the extent required by applicable law or by the App Store rules. Any support provided is at the Developer's discretion.
Features may be added, changed, limited or removed, and device or operating-system compatibility may change, in future versions. No roadmap or informal statement about future development is binding. The Developer may modify, suspend or discontinue the App. Where you are a consumer, this Section does not override your statutory rights, including in relation to digital content that is not as described or not of satisfactory quality.
24. Third-Party Platforms
Apple, the Apple App Store, GitHub and GitHub Pages (which host these legal documents), your device's backup and iCloud services, and any external website you choose to open from a link in the App or in these documents, are operated by third parties under their own terms and privacy policies. The Developer is not responsible for those platforms' availability, behaviour, data handling, policies or decisions, except to the extent applicable law makes the Developer responsible.
If you have a platform-level issue, for example an App Store payment or refund matter, you should use Apple's official process for it. The Developer cannot override Apple's platform decisions.
25. Apple App Store Terms
The following applies where you obtain the App through the Apple App Store.
- These Terms are between you and the Developer only, not Apple. The Developer, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and its content.
- The licence granted to you in Section 5 is a non-transferable licence to use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services usage rules, except that the App may be accessed and used by other accounts associated with you through Family Sharing or volume purchasing where Apple makes that available.
- Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support services for the App.
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no warranty obligation for the App. If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price of the App, if any. Apple has no other warranty obligation of any kind in relation to the App, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses attributable to a failure to conform to a warranty are the Developer's responsibility, to the extent they cannot be disclaimed under applicable law.
- The Developer, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claim by you or a third party relating to the App or your possession or use of it, including product-liability claims, claims that the App fails to meet a legal or regulatory requirement, claims under consumer-protection or privacy law, and intellectual-property infringement claims.
- The Developer, not Apple, is responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement and discharge of any third-party claim that the App or your possession and use of it infringes that third party's intellectual-property rights.
- You must comply with any applicable third-party terms when using the App.
- You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a relevant government embargo, or designated as supporting terrorism, and that you are not on any relevant government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and on your acceptance of these Terms Apple has the right to enforce them against you as a third-party beneficiary.
BeanBrain is distributed through Apple's App Store without a separate custom end user licence agreement. Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement therefore governs the App Store software licence. These Terms govern additional matters relating to the application and its use, to the extent they are consistent with Apple's applicable terms and with applicable law. Where there is a conflict concerning the App Store software licence itself, Apple's applicable App Store terms and Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement control. These Terms do not override, and are not intended to override, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
26. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
26.1 Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BeanBrain is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, security and non-infringement. In particular, the Developer does not warrant that:
- the App will meet your requirements or expectations, or be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free;
- any study content, schedule, prediction, estimate, analytics figure or mock exam result is accurate, complete, current or suitable for your purpose;
- any particular learning, retention or examination outcome will result from using the App;
- data on your device will not be lost or corrupted.
26.2 Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, goodwill or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the App, or your reliance on any content, schedule, estimate, analytics or mock exam result in it.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or in connection with the App and these Terms will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim arose, or GBP 20.
26.3 Rights that cannot be excluded
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits the Developer's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you keep all rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If you are a consumer elsewhere, you keep any rights that the mandatory law of your own jurisdiction gives you and that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the laws that apply to you, and the disclaimers and limitations above apply only to the extent that law allows.
27. Indemnity
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and except where you are a consumer and applicable law does not permit such an obligation, you agree to indemnify the Developer against reasonable losses, liabilities, costs and expenses arising out of your use of the App in breach of these Terms, your breach of applicable law, or your infringement of a third party's rights through content you create or import. This does not apply to matters caused by the Developer's own breach of these Terms or negligence.
28. Term and Termination
These Terms apply for as long as you have the App installed or use it. Your licence under Section 5 ends automatically if you materially breach these Terms and, where the breach can be put right, you do not put it right within a reasonable time of being asked. On termination you must stop using the App and delete it from your devices.
BeanBrain has no account system, so the Developer has no ability to, and does not, remotely suspend or close an account. Sections 1, 11, 15 to 22, and 24 to 30 survive termination.
29. Governing Law, Jurisdiction and Later Distribution
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the App, are governed by the law of England and Wales.
The courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to the following:
- if you are a consumer resident in another part of the United Kingdom, you may also bring proceedings in your home courts;
- if you are a consumer resident anywhere else, nothing in this Section removes the benefit of any mandatory consumer-protection law of your home jurisdiction that applies to you despite a choice-of-law or choice-of-forum clause, and you may have the right to bring proceedings in your home courts where your local law provides for that.
Nothing in these Terms limits any right that cannot lawfully be limited under the laws that apply to you. BeanBrain is currently made available through the Apple App Store for the United Kingdom and the United States. If BeanBrain is later made available in another jurisdiction whose law requires additional disclosures or protections, the applicable legal documents and App Store disclosures will be updated before or alongside that distribution as required.
30. Changes to These Terms
The Developer may update these Terms to reflect changes to the App, to the law, or to how BeanBrain works. When that happens, the updated Terms are published at the address in Section 2 with a new "Last updated" date. For a consumer, material changes apply only to your use of the App after the change takes effect, and you may stop using and delete the App if you do not accept them. The Developer does not claim any power to change these Terms in a way that applicable consumer law does not allow.
